Website Terms & Conditions.

Last updated: 12 September 2026

These terms govern your use of rockpawdesign.com (the “website”). By using this website, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of them, please don’t use the website.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Craig McQueenie, trading as RockPaw Design (“RockPaw”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a sole trader based in Northern Ireland. Our contact details are at the end of this page.

2. Use of this website

This website is provided to give you general information about RockPaw’s services and past work. Nothing on it constitutes legal, financial, technical or professional advice, and it should not be relied on as the sole basis for any decision. If you’re considering a project, please talk to us directly.

3. Case studies and portfolio content

Our case studies describe genuine projects we have worked on. Any results, outcomes or figures referenced relate specifically to the client and circumstances described, and are not a guarantee or prediction of similar results for any other business.

4. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the design, text, graphics and other content on this website are owned by or licensed to RockPaw Design and protected by copyright and design right laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, but may not reproduce, republish or redistribute any part of this website without our prior written permission.

Client names, logos, trademarks and screenshots shown in our case studies remain the property of their respective owners, and are shown for portfolio and identification purposes with the relevant client’s permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website:

  • In any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or causes harm to any person.
  • To attempt to gain unauthorised access to this website, its server, or any connected system.
  • To introduce viruses, malware or other harmful material.
  • To scrape, harvest or systematically extract content or data from the website.
  • In any way that disrupts or impairs the website’s operation.

6. Third-party links

This website may link to third-party websites, including client websites and social media platforms such as LinkedIn. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the content, accuracy or availability of any third-party website. Including a link does not imply our endorsement of it.

7. Accuracy and availability

We take reasonable care to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we make no representation or warranty that it is complete, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. Website content is provided on an “as is” basis.

We don’t guarantee that this website, or any content on it, will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict access to all or part of the website for business or operational reasons, at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, RockPaw Design excludes liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. Enquiries made through this website

Our “Start a Project” form opens your own email application with a message ready to send directly to us — it does not submit information to our website or any server. You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you send us. Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract between us; any engagement for our services would be subject to a separate, specific agreement.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to the website or our business. The current version will always be published on this page, and your continued use of the website after a change is posted means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute arising from them or your use of this website, are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland, and the courts of Northern Ireland will have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute — except where mandatory local consumer protection or other law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction, in which case that right is not affected.
